The Loft Tamworth opens its doors on 14 March for  Goo Goo Muck, a lively group exhibition bringing together local artists, live music, good drinks, and a generous dose of creative chaos. Inspired by The Cramps’ cult track  Goo Goo Muck, the show taps into its rebellious, playful spirit and runs with it. 

Across ceramics, painting, textiles, and installation, artists explore colour, texture, humour, and instinct. The works are bold, curious, sometimes messy, often joyful, and designed to be experienced rather than observed from a distance. Expect an immersive show full of energy, surprises, and personality. 

Goo Goo Muck is about artists sharing work where they live. By showing ambitious, contemporary art locally, the exhibition creates space for connection, conversation, and a reminder that exciting things are happening right here in Tamworth.
